SESSIONS

Here are a list of Sessions in around our area, the ones in bolder type are the ones closest to us, these sessions are a great way of getting our younger musicians involved in playing with other musicians from different areas especially at other Comhaltas branch sessions.

SUNDAY
South Luton C.C.E. On every 2nd Sunday of the month, in The Four Horseshoes, Park Street,Luton, from 4-7pm

St. Albans C.C.E. Quarterly Sessions, see website for details at www.sacce.co.uk (next Session/BBQ, Saturday 7st July, 2007 - 8pm).

The Porterhouse, Maiden lane, near Covent Garden tube station. Every Sunay afternoon, starts 4.30-8pm. A popular session.
Powers Bar, Kilburn High Road. Sunday afternoon session with Sean Casey (fiddle), Owen Condon (accordion) and Paddy Gallagher (guitar).
Father Teds, Willesden Lane, Kilburn. The Northern Celts session is at 6pm on Sundays.
The Auld Triangle, St. Thomas’s Road, Finsbury Park, London N4. Sundays from 8pm with Gary Connolly and Sinead Linane
Tommy Flynns. Sunday afternoon, 55 Camden High Street, London NW1, with Brian Kelly.
Delaneys, 404 Kenton Road, Harrow. Session Sunday evenings from 9pm.
Haverstock Arms, Haverstock Hill, NW3 Session every Sunday evening from 6pm.
Clarets Catholic Social Club, Botwell Social Centre, Botwell Lane, Hayes, Middlesex. Session every Sunday afternoon from 2pm.


MONDAY
The Herschall Arms, Slough, Session every Monday evening from 8.30pm, one not to be missed.
O’Sullivans. 6 High Street, Wealdstone. Session on Monday evenings starting around 8pm.


TUESDAY
Molly Malones, 115 Kew Road, Richmond (kew gardens tube station or kew bridge) every tuesday starting around 9pm with Mick O’Connor.
The Woodlands Tavern, 29 St. John Road, Isleworth. Session every Tuesday from 9pm.

WEDNESDAY
The London Irish Centre, 50-52 Camden Square, London NW1. Traditional Irish singing session hosted by Connemara Sean Nos singer Pat Connelly, every second Wednesday of the month. 8.30-11pm
The Duke of Edinburgh, Lee Road, Lewisham. Session on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 9.30pm
Cardinal Wolsey, Hampton Court. Every Wednesday evening, another of Mick O’Connors sessions.
The White Horse, (nearest tube Bethnal Green). Musicians include John Gillard, Mick Mulvey and Simon Wroe, from 9pm.


THURSDAY
Prince Albert, Hounslow Road, Whitton, every Thursday evening, goes on into the small hours.
Captain Morgans, 1286 Greenford Road, Greenford, Middlesex, Session every Thursday from 9.30pm.
Kennedy’s, Corner of Caledonian Road and Tilloch Street, London N1, from 9pm. Northern Celts and they are Marie McCormack (whistle), Les Coughlan (Bodhran), Emma Scar (Fiddle and Vocals) and Fergie Ferguson (Guitar and Vocals).


FRIDAY
Leagrave, Luton CCE hold their monthly session on the 4th Friday of each month in St. Josephs Parish Centre, Gardenia Avenue, Luton, from  8.00pm.
Comhaltas Sessions in Hammersmith Irish Centre, Blacks Road, Hammersmith, London W6. Starting around 8.30pm. Held monthly on the second Friday.
The Queens Arms, 1 Kilburn High Road, (Maida Vale end) NW6, Every Friday (class 7.30-9.30) Session 10pm till late. Hosted by Brendan Mulkere.
Auntie Annies Porterhouse, 180 Kentish Town Road, nearest tube Kentish Town, Session every Friday from 9.30pm.
North/East London Comhaltas Sessions held alternately on the 4th  Friday in The London Irish Centre, Camden Square NW1 and Haringey Irish Centre, Pretoria Road N17

SATURDAY
